Role Overview
Genpact is seeking a Senior Associate HR Business Partner to provide People and Culture support across the business.
The role combines employee support, HR process coordination, workforce data analysis, compliance, and business partnering.
Job Description
- Resolve first-level employee HR questions and triage issues to functional HR experts.
- Coordinate performance management, compensation planning, benefits, feedback, and retention processes.
- Maintain HR system data and produce workforce metrics and analytics dashboards.
- Consult with HR and business stakeholders to design reporting solutions and provide insights.
- Support HR strategies, employee engagement, employee relations, conflict resolution, audits, and compliance.
- Conduct policy training and support talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or Psychology, or a relevant master’s degree.
- Proficient English language ability at C2 level.
- Knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, data literacy, and workforce administration.
- Relevant HR certifications are listed as additional qualifications.
