Role Overview
Support Global Distribution performance analytics, KPI standardization, data quality, and performance improvement.
Apply supply chain knowledge to support analytics decisions, metric definitions, standardization, and visualization.
Major Accountabilities
- Evaluate current Global Distribution metrics, define changes, standardize existing metrics, and create new metrics when appropriate.
- Align KPI calculations and definitions across global distribution functions and regions.
- Ensure data quality for performance management and analytics and pursue automation of metric calculations.
- Standardize KPI visualization across functions and regions using current enabled technologies.
- Support operating business reviews by ensuring performance metrics reflect current goals and strategies.
- Support newly developed visualization tools, including budget tools, so performance measurement evolves with business needs.
Basic Qualification
- Bachelor's degree and four years of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL, JavaScript, Power Platform, Power Automate, APIs, or similar development and automation tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, Databricks, Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Experience in data analytics and performance management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and identify process-improvement opportunities.
- Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, or SCOR certification.
- Knowledge of MS Project and operational excellence tools.
- Experience with complex projects or processes and change management.
- Direct experience with an ERP operating system.
