Role Overview

Support Global Distribution performance analytics, KPI standardization, data quality, and performance improvement.

Apply supply chain knowledge to support analytics decisions, metric definitions, standardization, and visualization.

Major Accountabilities

  • Evaluate current Global Distribution metrics, define changes, standardize existing metrics, and create new metrics when appropriate.
  • Align KPI calculations and definitions across global distribution functions and regions.
  • Ensure data quality for performance management and analytics and pursue automation of metric calculations.
  • Standardize KPI visualization across functions and regions using current enabled technologies.
  • Support operating business reviews by ensuring performance metrics reflect current goals and strategies.
  • Support newly developed visualization tools, including budget tools, so performance measurement evolves with business needs.

Basic Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree and four years of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Python, SQL, JavaScript, Power Platform, Power Automate, APIs, or similar development and automation tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, Power Automate, Databricks, Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Experience in data analytics and performance management.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and identify process-improvement opportunities.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, or SCOR certification.
  • Knowledge of MS Project and operational excellence tools.
  • Experience with complex projects or processes and change management.
  • Direct experience with an ERP operating system.
