Lead, Data Product Owner, to gather and translate business requirements, coordinate product initiatives, and help ensure the application is delivered with quality and aligned to business needs.

Primary Responsibilities
Product Planning & Requirements Support Sr. Lead, Data Product Owner in planning and executing the product roadmap Translate business and user needs into Product Requirements Documents, creating clear and actionable user stories and technical requirements for design and development teams Develop a deep understanding of the application functionality and user workflows to identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements Maintain, prioritize, and refine the product backlog in collaboration with the PM Collaborate with data scientist to identify interesting user behavior trends or gaps that could indicate product opportunities/shortcomings.

Work Experience
2-5 years of experience in Product Management or a related field
Experience working with technical products, software applications, or data products
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements
Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana
Communication & Collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with across technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable communication
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build collaborative cross-functional relationships
Organization & Execution
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
