Sr Associate Data Management

Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, reconciliation, validation, and troubleshooting.

Develop Python scripts for data quality automation, data transformation, and operational efficiency improvements.

Support MDM integrations and data exchange processes between source and downstream systems.

Analyze master data trends, identify anomalies, and recommend corrective actions.

Participate in system testing, UAT, and release validation activities.

Partner with business users, commercial teams, data engineers, and application owners to understand data requirements.

Provide data stewardship guidance and support to business stakeholders.

Participate in governance forums, data quality reviews, and operational meetings.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and stewardship effectiveness.

Master’s Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience, OR

Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience, OR

Diploma with 8-10 years of relevant experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Management, or related disciplines.

Informatica IDQ experience.

Databricks and PySpark exposure.

Cloud experience (AWS/Azure).

Experience with data cataloging and metadata management tools.

Experience working with external data providers such as D&B or address validation solutions.

Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical domain experience.

Informatica MDM Certification

Reltio Certification

SQL Certification

AWS or Azure Cloud Certification

Data Governance / Data Management Certification (DAMA/CDMP preferred)
