The position supports data-driven decisions through dashboards, KPI frameworks, analytics solutions, compliance reporting, and continuous improvement.
The role partners with Engineering, EHS, EOS, Master Data Management, Data Engineering, and Technology teams.
Analytics and reporting
- Develop and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reports supporting governance, operational performance, compliance monitoring, and business decisions.
- Design interactive reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Integrate and transform data from the Enterprise Data Lake, Databricks, enterprise applications, and other sources.
- Build datasets, semantic models, and reporting layers that ensure consistent KPI calculations.
KPI governance and quality
- Maintain the EHS and EOS KPI Registry, including definitions, rules, calculations, ownership, targets, thresholds, and source systems.
- Define and document leading and lagging indicators for risk management, operational performance, and compliance reporting.
- Ensure analytics and reporting solutions are accurate, traceable, validated, and audit ready.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data integrity and reporting reliability.
Stakeholder and platform support
- Support SharePoint sites, reporting content, document libraries, permissions, information architecture, and data resources.
- Translate business, operational, compliance, and stakeholder requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, risks, opportunities, and emerging signals.
- Develop executive reporting, management scorecards, and ad hoc analytics for strategic and operational decisions.
- Create reporting documentation, data dictionaries, KPI definitions, and process documentation.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5–9 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, data visualization, or data management.
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions with Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience developing KPI frameworks, metric definitions, reporting standards, and governance processes.
- Experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple enterprise systems and data sources.
- Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
- Experience performing data validation, quality assurance, and reporting controls in a regulated environment.
- Ability to work on site in Hyderabad and collaborate across global time zones.
Preferred qualifications
- Advanced expertise with Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks analytics environments.
- Experience maintaining KPI registries, metric catalogs, data dictionaries, and reporting governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting EHS, Engineering, Facilities, Manufacturing, Operations, or Quality functions.
- Experience with EHS platforms such as Cority, Sphera, Enablon, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of enterprise data governance, master data management, and data quality practices.
- Experience with continuous improvement, automation, digital transformation, AI-enabled analytics, or predictive reporting.
Preferred capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, communication, presentation, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work across regions and time zones with global stakeholder teams.
- Certifications in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Databricks are advantageous.
