Role Overview
Foundation Software is seeking a Senior Applications Developer with hands-on engineering skills, technical leadership, project ownership, and experience building modern cloud-native applications.
The role focuses on the TypeScript-based MERN stack and Google Cloud Platform while supporting the broader technology ecosystem.
The position contributes to construction technology products and software modernization initiatives.
Development and Architecture
- Design, build, and support scalable applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js with TypeScript, APIs, and GCP.
- Develop web applications, microservices, integrations, and cloud-native solutions deployed through containers to Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and Kubernetes.
- Lead solution design and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Drive modernization initiatives that improve scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
Technical and Project Leadership
- Lead technical projects from design through deployment.
- Coordinate work across developers, product teams, and stakeholders.
