Job purpose and impact
Build, maintain, integrate, and implement software applications within the organization.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into user-focused solutions.
Perform testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, and support with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions and document stakeholder needs.
- Coordinate comprehensive end-to-end testing before and after deployment.
- Identify opportunities to optimize products and supporting processes.
- Build complex application configurations and improve support procedures.
- Perform advanced programming, testing, and deployment of application fixes and updates.
- Communicate with users and provide complex technical application support.
- Partner with developers, product managers, business partners, and vendors.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate complex contracts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience; the role typically reflects 5 or more years.
- Experience with SAP and/or ERP solutions.
