Sr. Analytics Practitioner (BI / Data Analytics Focus)

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a Sr. Analytics Practitioner to support a federal client in delivering end-to-end data analytics and business intelligence solutions .

This role is hands-on and technical , focused on working directly with data — from querying and transforming large datasets to building dashboards and delivering actionable insights. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making by ensuring data is accessible, reliable, and effectively visualized for stakeholders.

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources

Design, build, and maintain ETL/data pipelines to support analytics and reporting workflows

Work with large, complex datasets to clean, transform, and structure data for analysis

Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and/or Databricks

Deliver clear, actionable insights to business and technical stakeholders

Support data modeling and data warehouse structures for scalable analytics

Perform data quality validation and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

Present findings to non-technical audiences , including leadership

Support Agile delivery (user stories, testing, SDLC participation)
