Sr. Analyst, Executive Compensation

Requirements

• Superior analytical skills and advanced financial acumen with ability to develop and maintain complex financial models – advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as mathematics, finance, engineering, business, statistics, economics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience working in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Finance, or equivalent teams
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to advise stakeholders and present analytics and reports clearly.
• Deep understanding of how large, multi-brand organizations like RBI operate – ability to navigate complex org structures and translate business context into compensation program design and decisions.

Who We’re Looking For

Salary

• Base salary range of $85,000 – $100,000, plus an annual bonus target of 15% of base salary. Compensation for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills.
• This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company’s long-term incentive plan.
