Role overview
This senior leadership role leads strategy, roadmap execution, governance, and scaling for AI-driven products across the IAIS portfolio.
The role partners with hyperscalers and ecosystem teams to support co-innovation, cross-platform adoption, and external roadmap alignment.
The position mentors Product Managers and standardizes product delivery practices across AI initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap execution, and scaling across multiple platforms and teams.
- Establish governance frameworks for evaluation, telemetry, Responsible AI, scalability, quality, and risk management.
- Lead prioritization using value, risk, dependency, and platform alignment trade-offs.
- Drive planning, delivery milestones, release readiness, and adoption tracking.
- Partner with hyperscalers, ISVs, and ecosystem partners on co-innovation and roadmap alignment.
- Standardize product delivery practices and monitor portfolio KPIs and telemetry.
- Mentor Product Managers and strengthen decision-making, value articulation, and execution discipline.
Qualifications
- MBA or BE, or equivalent, with grounding in product strategy, portfolio management, and enterprise-scale product execution.
