Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and fine-tune generative models, including LLMs, diffusion models, and GANs.
• Serve models through APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Build scalable data pipelines for training and inference.
• Apply LoRA, QLoRA, and RLHF to improve model efficiency and alignment.
• Collaborate with product teams, researchers, and designers to integrate GenAI into applications.
• Track production performance, bias, and safety metrics.

Required skills

• Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.
• AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, and GCP Vertex AI.
• CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and RLHF.
• Problem-solving, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration.
• English at intermediate B1 proficiency.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience migrating applications and data between cloud platforms.
• Understanding of cloud architecture principles, best practices, and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in software or system architecture with GenAI, AI, or machine learning.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and microservices.
• Cloud platform certifications such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications.
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
