Sr. AI Engineer 4B

Responsibilities

 Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune generative models (LLMs, diffusion models, GANs).

Deployment & Integration: Serve models via APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

Data Engineering: Build scalable data pipelines for training and inference.

Optimization: Apply techniques like LoRA, QLoRA, and RLHF to improve efficiency and alignment.

Collaboration: Work with product teams, researchers, and designers to integrate GenAI into applications.

Monitoring: Track performance, bias, and safety metrics in production environments.

Required skills

Programming: Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow.

ML Frameworks: Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs.

Cloud Platforms: AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI.

DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.

Applied AI: Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF).

Soft Skills: Problem-solving, creativity, cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.

Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

Proven experience in migrating applications and data from one cloud platform to another.

Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles, best practices, and industry standards.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience in software/system architecture, with experience in GenAI/AI/ML.

Proven experience designing and implementing distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and microservices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate and present to technical and executive stakeholders.

Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer).

Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
