Role overview

Core responsibilities

• Develop AI and machine learning solutions to address client business requirements and challenges.
• Build and implement machine learning models and prototype proof-of-concept solutions.
• Scale AI models into production across cloud platforms.
• Analyze and resolve architectural problems with engineering, data science, and operations teams.
• Analyze machine learning use cases and rank algorithms by probability of success.
• Perform statistical analysis and use results to improve models.
• Train and retrain machine learning systems and models in real-world situations.

Generative AI delivery

• Design and implement generative AI solutions tailored to client needs.
• Close the gap between AI research and production by creating products, features, and solutions with generative AI.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical generative AI solutions.
• Collaborate with service-line teams to design, implement, and manage generative AI solutions.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering, information technology, computer science, mathematics, or a similar field.
• Excellent knowledge of Python and working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with AI/ML architecture.
• Good understanding of large language models and generative AI technologies, such as Azure OpenAI and LangChain.
• Experience with agentic AI and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Experience with at least one cloud service among AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or cloud-native services.
• Good working knowledge of deep learning and advanced natural language processing techniques.
• Excellent knowledge of Rasa Framework or another chatbot interface.
• English proficiency at Upper Intermediate B2 level.

Preferred qualifications

• A master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Familiarity with generative models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques is preferred.
• AI/ML or generative AI certifications are optional.
