Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and fine-tune generative models, including LLMs, diffusion models, and GANs.
• Serve models through APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Build scalable data pipelines for training and inference.
• Apply LoRA, QLoRA, and RLHF to improve efficiency and alignment.
• Collaborate with product teams, researchers, and designers to integrate GenAI into applications.
• Monitor performance, bias, and safety metrics in production.

Required skills

• Use Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.
• Work with AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, and GCP Vertex AI.
• Use CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning with human feedback.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Proven experience migrating applications and data between cloud platforms.
• Understanding of cloud architecture principles, best practices, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• English proficiency is required at the upper-intermediate B2 level.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in software or systems architecture and GenAI, AI, or ML.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and microservices.
• Cloud platform certifications or familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
