What You Will Do

• Identify and prioritize opportunities where analytics, process redesign, and automation can improve outcomes.
• Lead optimization initiatives for high-volume, business-critical workflows.
• Design executive-ready dashboards, KPI frameworks, predictive insights, and decision-support tools.
• Build scalable automation solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Translate business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, analytics solutions, and workflow automations.
• Partner with business leaders, product teams, and technical stakeholders to drive adoption and impact.
• Evaluate emerging BI and AI capabilities and recommend practical, compliant improvements.

Basic Requirements

• A degree or equivalent is required, with typically 7 or more years of relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, process improvement, automation, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise BI solutions, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.
• Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and leading workflow optimization or automation.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Automate or Copilot Studio.
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, KPI development, and solution translation skills.
• Experience with high-volume or business-critical processes and measurable outcomes.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar BI and visualization platforms.
• Experience applying AI-enabled analytics, intelligent automation, or generative AI in enterprise workflows.
• Background in process mapping, operational excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, or workflow transformation.
• Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare or life sciences.
• Experience mentoring analysts or leading cross-functional analytics initiatives.
• Strong data storytelling, change management, and adoption skills.

Compensation

• The stated base pay range is $99,100 to $132,100.
