The Senior AI Business Analyst identifies high-value opportunities, optimizes business-critical processes, and turns data into action.

The analyst partners with business and technology teams to translate complex needs into dashboards, insights, workflows, and automation solutions.
What You Will Do
- Identify and prioritize opportunities where analytics, process redesign, and automation can improve outcomes.
- Lead optimization initiatives for high-volume, business-critical workflows.
- Design executive-ready dashboards, KPI frameworks, predictive insights, and decision-support tools.
- Build scalable automation solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
- Translate business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, analytics solutions, and workflow automations.
- Partner with business leaders, product teams, and technical stakeholders to drive adoption and impact.
- Evaluate emerging BI and AI capabilities and recommend practical, compliant improvements.
- Mentor analysts and promote analytics, visualization, storytelling, and continuous-improvement practices.
Basic Requirements
- A degree or equivalent is required, with typically 7 or more years of relevant experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, process improvement, automation, or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise BI solutions, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.
- Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and leading workflow optimization or automation.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Automate or Copilot Studio.
- Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, KPI development, and solution translation skills.
- Experience with high-volume or business-critical processes and measurable outcomes.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar BI and visualization platforms.
- Experience applying AI-enabled analytics, intelligent automation, or generative AI in enterprise workflows.
- Background in process mapping, operational excellence, Lean/Six Sigma, or workflow transformation.
- Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare or life sciences.
- Experience mentoring analysts or leading cross-functional analytics initiatives.
- Strong data storytelling, change management, and adoption skills.
Compensation
- The stated base pay range is $99,100 to $132,100.
- Additional compensation may include an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities.
