- The position is hybrid.
- Office locations include Purchase, New York; Plano, Texas; and Chicago, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Prototype, iterate, and take domain-specific AI agents to production.
- Develop high-performance AI model code and an actionable Generative AI roadmap.
- Collaborate with transformation teams and business stakeholders to tailor AI agents.
- Build scalable cross-domain AI agents with end-to-end observability.
- Lead AI projects involving hands-on code development and software engineering.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI agents on cloud infrastructure.
- Stay current with AI and machine learning advances and integrate them into AI agents.
- Test and validate AI agents and solutions for reliability and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading AI projects with hands-on code development and software engineering experience.
- 8+ years of experience in software development, machine learning, data science, or AI.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C.
- Working knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, MCP, or A2A.
- Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience designing AI agents and integrating AI/ML advancements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Expected compensation ranges from $106,400 to $178,100.
- Performance bonus eligibility has a target payout of 12% of annual salary paid annually.
- Benefits may include paid time off, parental leave, medical, dental, vision, disability, insurance, retirement, and reimbursement accounts.
