Sr. Advisor, Organizational Development (1 year contract)

Performance and commercial capability

• Support development of the North America Commercial Academy.
• Deploy training, communications, toolkits, and AI-enabled resources for performance development.
• Facilitate learning sessions and support change management for performance management practices.

Engagement and wellbeing

• Assess recognition programs and build a consistent recognition approach across North American plants and salaried employees.
• Coordinate quarterly wellbeing activations aligned to four wellbeing pillars.
• Manage logistics, vendor coordination, communications, and participant experience for the Safe Spaces program.
• Maintain wellbeing toolkits and SharePoint resources and track program effectiveness.

Required qualifications

• Post-secondary education in organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in human resources, organizational development, learning, talent, or employee experience.
• Experience executing high-impact culture, performance, capability, and engagement initiatives.
• Experience translating strategy into action through program implementation.
• Experience designing learning materials, toolkits, communications, presentations, and training resources using instructional design principles.
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, written communication, verbal communication, project management, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualification

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with experience leading workshops and training sessions are preferred.

Compensation

• Target annual base salary equivalency is CAD 81,600 to CAD 108,900, paid in alignment with the contract term.

Employment term

• The position is temporary and full-time for a one-year contract.
