Lead and coordinate the testing activities for assigned projects
Develop and implement advanced test plans and procedures to validate product performance and reliability.
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to define test requirements and ensure alignment with product specifications.
Lead efforts to automate testing and improve test equipment and methodologies.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to test technicians.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering within a manufacturing or product development environment
Have practical experience working with engineering equipment (test chambers, data acquisition systems, digital multimeters, mechanical fixturing)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to product testing.

Military documentation/specification knowledge and experience
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
