This Senior Project Manager-R&D New Product Development is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of multi-faceted and highly complex new product development programs within Refrigerants and Applied Solution (RAS) business unit of Solstice Advanced Materials.
This role will leverage best practices in cross-functional team/external partnership leadership to drive excellence in areas such as product development, scale-up, and full commercial launch.
This role will also enable efficient and accurate management of resources, budgets, and project data to support strategic decision-making within RAS innovation portfolio.
You will report directly to the Sr R&D Manager and work out the of Morris Plains, NJ location.
