Role overview
The Senior Enterprise Architect is part of the Unified Collaboration IT Team.
The role is responsible for architecting and supporting the corporate Microsoft Office 365 environment, with particular focus on mobility and Microsoft Teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver global support for the Resideo corporate Microsoft Office 365 tenant.
- Work with network, security, and IT service management teams to discover and apply solutions.
- Set goals and explore innovative strategies that address changing business needs.
- Optimize user experiences while minimizing costs and operational disruptions.
- Guide enterprise-level strategic decisions as a member of the architecture team.
Requirements
- The role requires self-direction, exceptional critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- The role requires close collaboration with multiple IT teams.
