About the Role
Unidos Technology is hiring an Accounts Executive for its Finance and Accounts team in Mylapore, Chennai.
The role supports daily accounting and financial operations for an Ireland-based international e-publishing organisation.
The position requires practical accounting knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally or similar accounting software and MS Excel.
Work Arrangement
- Employment type is full-time and permanent.
- The role is based at the Mylapore office and requires in-person work.
- Candidates are expected to have a reliable commute to the Mylapore office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal, and expense entries.
- Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records.
- Prepare invoices and verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations and monitor outstanding balances.
- Maintain accounting documentation and audit-ready financial records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, statutory compliance, account closing, MIS reports, and financial statements.
