Responsibilities
- Record journal entries and manage the general ledger
- Prepare and issue client invoices; review supplier and subcontractor invoices
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable
- Follow up on collections and manage payment schedules
- Manage incoming/outgoing cheques, petty cash and advances
- Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow and liquidity reports
- Budget vs. actual cost comparison per project
- VAT returns submission and FTA compliance
- Corporate Tax compliance and reporting
- Track individual project costs and prepare profitability reports
- Prepare monthly payroll and calculate EOSB
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA / ACCA or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ UAE experience — construction or contracting sector preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks / Zoho / Tally or equivalent plus MS Office
- Solid knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax & FTA requirements

About the Role
- You will be responsible for managing the company’s full financial portfolio — from day to day accounting through to financial reporting, VAT & Corporate Tax compliance, and project cost monitoring.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA / ACCA or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ UAE experience — construction or contracting sector preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks / Zoho / Tally or equivalent + MS Office
- Solid knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax & FTA requirements
