DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
- Manages assigned partners and prospect accounts. Assists and monitors operational workflow for content set-up, approvals, release and changes.
- Stays abreast of industry and account specific news.
- Keeps partners informed on Nintendo system updates and product enhancements.
- Reviews and approves required assets for digital software, packaged software and accessories.
- Primary contact for publishers and liaison between publisher and internal departments.
- Communicates with Product Planning management regarding production planning, Lotcheck priorities and scheduling.
- Takes lead role in Production Planning of key projects.
- Initiates new item part number creation, set-up and data enrichment.
- Analyzes and resolves publisher account issues.
- Provides oversight into publisher account activities including analysis of projections, ordering trends and sell through.
- Provides training and guidance for Product Planning team members, including modelling leadership, teamwork, professionalism and communication.
