- Champion customers’ needs and requirements within Honeywell organization
- Develop and sustain long term customer relationships
- Engage customers at all levels including senior levels of customer organization
- Manage day to day activities and strategic objectives, maintaining balanced approach to customer service and account planning
- Identify new sales opportunities and provide consultative support by building value propositions
- Manage and build customer contacts, serving as trusted advisor and advocate
- Drive sales campaign and LOB strategic initiatives
- Plan for account growth in the long term
- Leverage cross functional company resources to address customer drivers
Requirements
- Experience in Solution sales (Process Automation industry O&G)
- Proven track record of success in O&G industry/business environment
- Experience in building and maintaining relations with customers at different levels
- Experienced in complex sale, including early engagement in customer buying cycle at senior levels
- Marketing and project management experience desirable
- Previous working experience in a complex organization
- Understand value proposition of ICSS Solution & Digitalization for O&G/Energy Sector
- Well developed sense of O&G industry and market trends
- Financial and business acumen
- Account Management, ability to use market and marketing data to build successful account plans
- Good knowledge of commercial terms, contract terms, etc.

Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and passionate Senior Account Manager to be based in Qatar.
- You will act as primary customer interface for development of business and management of relationships with customers in Energy sector.

Responsibilities
- Primary customer interface for business development and relationship management.
- Understanding customer’s business, drivers, and organization.
- Dissemination of key messages and information about Honeywell's value.
- Business partner to customer, establishes defensible barrier to competitors.
- Champions customers’ needs within Honeywell.
Business Relationships
- Develop and sustain long term customer relationships.
- Engage customers at all levels including senior levels.
- Early engagement in customer buying process diagnosing needs and tailoring solutions.
Sales Process
- Manage day to day activities and strategic objectives.
- Identify new sales opportunities and provide consultative support.

Customers
- Industrial customers in Process Industries including technical buyers, economic buyers, executives.
- Pursuing growth through face to face meetings and winning new customers.
People Management

- Guides management and executive sponsor interactions.
- Responsible for motivating others and providing strategic vision.
Networks & Contact
- Internal: Pole Sales leadership, Account managers, HPS professionals, Sales Operations, Proposal teams.
- External: End Customers Executives, commercial contacts and partners.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- No supervisory responsibility as primary manager.
- Lead other peers as project manager where required.
Geographic Scope & Travel
- Frequent travel across country required (35% of time).
Key Performance Measures
- Key sales performance metrics (results vs target; YOY growth, pipeline generated).
- Forecast accuracy.
- Responsiveness: Accuracy and on time submission of reporting.
- Quality and strength of account plans and strategy.
- Early engagement.
- Number of new customers.
- Number of sales calls tracked in Siebel => 10/week.
- Right/diverse contact points in customer organization.
- Executing account management plan.
- Pipeline development at min 3x the target.
- Linearity.
