Role Overview
Datrax Services is seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance Manager to manage supplier quality and incoming material and component standards.
The role covers supplier audits, quality monitoring, corrective actions, vendor development, and coordination with internal teams and suppliers.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The description identifies the work location as Bhayandar, Mumbai.
- Work is performed in person.
Schedule
- Working days are Monday through Saturday.
- Working hours are 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor supplier quality and incoming materials and components.
- Conduct supplier and vendor audits and evaluate supplier capability and processes.
- Track supplier performance through PPM, rejection, defects, and related quality parameters.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions for supplier-related quality issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and follow up with suppliers on resolution.
- Support new supplier development, evaluation, and approval.
