Responsibilities
- Spray paint wood and metal products such as furniture, doors, panels, and fabricated items
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and masking
- Mix paints and match colors as required
- Ensure smooth, high quality finishing
- Check finished work for quality
- Maintain painting tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and use PPE
- Work with the production team to complete jobs on time
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wood and metal spray painting
- Experience in furniture finishing is preferred
- Knowledge of paint mixing and finishing techniques
- Ability to work independently and maintain quality
- Physically fit and willing to work in a workshop or at project sites
