Sports Manager – Relocation to Jeddah

Role Overview

Employment and Compensation

• The position is full-time.
• The salary is SAR 27,000 per month and is tax free.
• Annual flight tickets, exit and re-entry visa fees, and family-related relocation coverage are offered under the stated conditions.

Sports Academies Leadership

• Own the end-to-end management of the Sports Academies division and its P&L.
• Lead and manage third-party sports operator partnerships and service-level agreements.
• Provide strategic direction for sports activities, junior academy programmes, and holiday camps.

Programming and Safety

• Standardize coaching curriculum, programming quality, and safety protocols across all sports.
• Design and oversee the annual programming calendar, including junior academies and holiday camps.
• Embed child safeguarding compliance and age-appropriate training models across junior programmes.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, onboard, and lead a multi-sport academy operations team.
• Mentor and performance-manage a diverse team.

Required Experience

• Experience managing multi-sport or large recreational facilities is required.
• Experience managing multi-sport facilities, junior academies, or holiday camps at scale is required.
• Fluent English is essential.

Preferred Profile

• Eight to ten years of experience managing multi-sport or large recreational facilities is preferred.
• Experience running children's programmes, holiday camps, or junior academies at scale is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and genuine P&L ownership experience are preferred.
• Working knowledge of child safeguarding practice and safer recruitment standards is preferred.
• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
