Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Sports Facilities Administrator** to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and scheduling of our sports facilities.
This role ensures that all venues are safe, well-maintained, and fully operational while delivering an excellent experience for athletes, teams, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of sports facilities, including courts, fields, gyms, and recreational areas
- Coordinate scheduling for practices, games, tournaments, and external bookings
- Ensure facilities comply with **health, safety, and regulatory standards**
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness of all areas and equipment
- Supervise facility staff, vendors, and contractors
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement policies for facility use and operations
- Coordinate event logistics, including setup and breakdown
- Maintain records, reports, and inventory of equipment and supplies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in facility management, sports administration, or operations
- Strong knowledge of sports facility operations and safety regulations
- Experience with scheduling systems and facility management software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR21,500.00 per month
