Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential sponsors for Tradepass conferences, exhibitions, and other events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers in target organizations
- Prepare tailored sponsorship proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Prospect new clients and manage a sales pipeline
- Conduct market research on relevant industries and events
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure sponsor expectations are met
- Provide regular sales reports and contribute to event strategy with sponsor feedback
- Represent Tradepass at events and meetings as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in sponsorship sales, events, conferences, or related industries
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to conduct structured market research, identify prospects, manage a sales pipeline, and use CRM or sales management tools effectively
- Commercial and analytical mindset
- Highly organized and self motivated, with strong time management skills

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Sponsorship Sales Executive role based in Bangalore.
- The Sponsorship Sales Executive will identify and engage potential sponsors for Tradepass conferences, exhibitions, and other events, building and maintaining strong relationships with decision makers in target organizations.
- The role involves preparing tailored sponsorship proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, managing a sales pipeline, conducting market research on relevant industries and events, and collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure sponsor expectations are met.
- The Executive will also provide regular sales reports, contribute to event strategy with sponsor feedback, and represent Tradepass at events and meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in sponsorship sales, events, conferences, or related industries, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
