- Deliver high quality theoretical and practical training in Semi Permanent Makeup (SPMU) to students
- Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and practical demonstrations in line with the curriculum
- Train students in Microblading, Ombre Brows, Lip Blush, Eyeliner Tattoo, Scalp Micropigmentation, and other SPMU procedures
- Conduct student assessments, evaluate practical competencies, and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor student attendance, progress, and performance while maintaining accurate training records
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to support student success
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies, health and safety standards, and infection control protocols during practical sessions
- Maintain cleanliness and proper usage of training equipment, tools, and materials
- Stay updated with the latest SPMU techniques, trends, and industry best practices
- Support the institute in maintaining high standards of training quality, student satisfaction, and overall academic excellence
Requirements
- Expertise in SPMU procedures including Microblading, Ombre Brows, Lip Blush, Eyeliner Tattoo, and Scalp Micropigmentation
- Ability to prepare lesson plans and course materials
- Experience in conducting student assessments and providing feedback
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and infection control protocols
