• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams , caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation , monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
