Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid professional licensure/registration as a Speech Language Pathologist eligible to practice in the UAE
- Experience in healthcare or home care settings, preferably within multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to use digital documentation systems and openness to AI supported clinical workflows
- Strong interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills with patient centered approach
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are an asset

Role Description
- Full time, on site role for a Speech Language Pathologist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders across diverse age groups.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence based therapy in home and clinical settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educate families and caregivers, and document progress using digital tools and AI enabled platforms.
- Contribute to preventive care initiatives, participate in case reviews, and support remote monitoring programs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech related conditions.
- Expertise in assessing and treating Communication Disorders.
- Knowledge and clinical experience in Language Disorders.
- Competencies in evaluating and managing Dysphagia.
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid professional licensure/registration as a Speech Language Pathologist, eligible to practice in the UAE.
- Experience in healthcare or home care settings, preferably within multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to use digital documentation systems and openness to AI supported clinical workflows.
