Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized goals and deliver evidence based, family centered intervention
- Collaborate with families through education and coaching
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, high quality care
- Participate in mentorship and professional development to support clinical growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology (or Communication Sciences & Disorders)
- Active license with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary, family centered team
- Strong interest in working with autistic children, children with ADHD, and other developmental differences
- Openness to learning, reflection, and professional growth under mentorship and supervision
- Previous clinical experience with neurodiverse children and adolescents is an advantage
- Knowledge of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems is an advantage

Role Description
- This full time Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) position at Ability Center in Riyadh, supporting children and adolescents with diverse speech, language, and communication needs.
- Services are offered in center, through home based visits, and via teletherapy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized goals, and deliver evidence based, family centered intervention.
