About the Role
Georgetown Early Intervention Center is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Diagnose speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide one on one and group therapy sessions
- Monitor client progress and modify intervention programs as required
- Maintain accurate clinical records, reports, and progress notes
- Educate and support parents, caregivers, and family members
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, behaviour therapists, psychologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions
- Participate in continuing professional development and training activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology or Speech Therapy
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a Speech Therapist
- Minimum of five years of clinical experience (preferred)
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, and speech and language disorders is an advantage

Job Summary
- The Speech Therapist is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating children with speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Developing individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and working closely with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

Compensation
