SSC is hiring Event Sales Representatives to represent leading telecommunications brands in a fast-paced independent environment.
The representative serves as the face of the brand at local events and retail locations.
Responsibilities
- Set up at various local events and retail locations.
- Engage potential customers in friendly and professional conversations.
- Educate the public about telecommunications products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to close sales.
- Represent clients with integrity and high energy.
Compensation
- The role is an independent contractor 1099 position.
- Earnings are listed as USD 1,000–1,500 per week with uncapped commission.
- Pay is issued weekly.
Schedule
- The schedule is 25 or more hours per week across seven days.
- Full-time and part-time positions are stated as available.
- Immediate start is available for suitable candidates.
Requirements
- Previous customer-service experience is required.
- Sales and retail experience are bonuses, while training is provided.
- Reliable transportation is required to reach various event locations, with commuting times of up to 60 minutes.
- Strong verbal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly are required.
- Spanish-English bilingual ability is preferred and may attract additional incentives.
- Contractors must manage their own schedule and business expenses.
- Applicants must own a cellphone or tablet for work.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
