Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage product specifications for large-scale and complex projects across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and developers.
- Act as the point of contact for design-related enquiries and ensure products meet technical, aesthetic, and performance requirements.
- Follow up on each specified project and coordinate with the specification manager through handover until joinery is selected.
- Submit a weekly visit plan report each Friday.
- Submit weekly progress achievement reports against plan.
- Provide monthly project report updates.
- Hand over all client samples according to the specifications.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Ability to develop and manage product specifications for large-scale and complex projects.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and developers.
- Ability to coordinate specified projects through handover and joinery selection.
- Ability to prepare weekly visit plans, weekly progress reports, and monthly project updates.
