The role involves developing technical specifications for interior and exterior specialty finishing products, collaborating with architects and contractors, and ensuring compliance with project standards.

Responsibilities
- Develop detailed technical specifications for interior and exterior specialty finishing products
- Review architectural and engineering drawings to identify project requirements and align with company products
- Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and sales team to prepare compliant specifications and technical submittals
- Provide technical support during design and construction phases
- Coordinate with manufacturers for product data and ensure specifications meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and respond to consultants and clients in a timely manner
- Participate in presentations or technical meetings as needed
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and systems, particularly interior and exterior specialty finishes
- Experience reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, project specifications, and building codes
- Proficiency in preparing technical specifications, submittals, and method statements
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Prior experience in specification, technical support, or design role within construction or building materials sector, preferably in UAE or GCC
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage

Role Description
