Role Overview
Field-based Specialty Representative role supporting urology, gynecology, and oncology accounts on Long Island.
The position focuses on brand strategy, territory execution, customer relationships, and sales performance.
Hiring level will be commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives.
- Create SMART pre-call plans, evaluate calls, handle objections, and secure appropriate calls to action.
- Build trusted customer relationships and develop win-win agreements.
- Develop call plans that optimize coverage and frequency for key customers.
- Analyze customer needs, territory dynamics, competitors, accounts, disease, product, clinical, and sales information.
- Share market intelligence with field, brand, and sales management teams.
- Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with healthcare providers.
- Develop and maintain disease-state experts, speakers, and advocates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field, or equivalent.
- Proven sales success and strong presentation skills.
