Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and espresso based beverages according to company standards
- Operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices
- Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations
- Handle cash and electronic payments efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and dining areas
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista, preferably in a specialty coffee environment
- Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and various brewing methods
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask effectively
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required

Pay
- From QAR3,500.00 per month
