We are looking for a Skilled Specialty Barista with strong knowledge of hand‑brew methods and espresso bar operations.
The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, consistent in quality, and demonstrates excellent customer interaction and professional behavior.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high‑quality espresso‑based beverages with precision and consistency
- Execute hand‑brew methods (V60, Chemex, Aeropress, etc.) with strong understanding of extraction and flavor profiles
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar at all times
- Deliver professional, polite, and customer‑focused service
- Manage daily bar operations, stock levels, and equipment care
Requirements
- Proven experience as a specialty barista
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, roasting levels, and brewing techniques
- Excellent communication and customer‑service behavior
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive attitude, discipline, and team spirit
