Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and key accounts to increase appropriate awareness and use of GSK solutions
- Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with GSK commercial strategies to achieve agreed objectives
- Collaborate with cross functional colleagues (e.g. marketing, medical, market access) to deliver tailored, patient focused solutions for accounts
- Monitor product and territory performance, interpret market trends and recommend actions to address opportunities and challenges
- Help ensure product availability by working closely with supply chain and commercial teams and supporting accurate demand forecasting
- Conduct external educational meetings in line with GSK policies to support disease awareness and appropriate use of patient focused solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medical Sciences or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales or account management experience with a strong track record of performance
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Willingness and ability to travel across Dubai, Northern Emirates and/or Qatar as required
- Legal right to live and work in the country of application
- Recent experience in specialty care, respiratory or related therapeutic areas in the UAE or Qatar preferred
- Good understanding of the healthcare environment in Dubai, Northern Emirates and/or Qatar
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross functional teams

- Proven ability to work effectively in cross functional teams and in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive approach to learning, sharing knowledge and continuously improving ways of working.
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to the United Arab Emirates or Qatar healthcare market.
Work Environment
- This is a field based role covering accounts in Dubai, Northern Emirates and Qatar.
- Regular travel within the assigned territory is required.
