About the Role

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with HCPs and key accounts to drive awareness and appropriate use of GSK solutions
- Develop and execute a robust territory business plan aligned with GSK commercial strategies to achieve agreed targets and objectives
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (e.g. marketing, medical, market access) to implement tailored account plans and solutions
- Monitor performance, analyze market trends and customer insights, and recommend actions to address opportunities and challenges
- Help ensure product availability by coordinating with supply chain and commercial teams and supporting accurate demand forecasting
- Conduct regular external meetings to provide disease awareness and patient focused information to HCPs, in full adherence to GSK policies and ethical standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Medical Sciences or a related scientific field
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of performance
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Bahrain as required
- Current residency in Abu Dhabi

Job Purpose
- In this field based role, you will partner with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key accounts to implement tailored, patient focused solutions and drive sustainable business growth across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with HCPs and key accounts to drive awareness and appropriate use of GSK solutions.
- Develop and execute a robust territory business plan aligned with GSK commercial strategies to achieve agreed targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (e.g. marketing, medical, market access) to implement tailored account plans and solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Medical Sciences or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven track record of performance.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Bahrain as required.
- Current residency in Abu Dhabi.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent experience in specialty care or related therapeutic areas within the UAE and/or Bahrain.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare environment and key stakeholders in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Bahrain.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver against objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive approach to learning, sharing knowledge and continuously improving ways of working.
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to the UAE / Bahrain healthcare market.
Work Environment
- This is a field based role covering Abu Dhabi and Al Ain in the UAE as well as Bahrain. Regular travel across the assigned territory is required.
