Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for Specialty Gases in alignment with UAE sales leadership
- Develop structured, data driven business plans
- Expand the existing portfolio while securing new business, especially in key sectors and OEMs
- Differentiate offerings through value added services and solutions
- Deliver and exceed sales, revenue, and profitability targets
- Implement pricing strategies, including general price increases
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Build long term agreements to ensure sustainable growth
- Act as the primary commercial interface with customers
- Provide regular business updates and insights, monitor market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in an industrial environment
- Strong commercial acumen and customer engagement skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Position Summary
- Drive growth and development of Specialty Gases business across UAE, export markets, and Africa.
- Focus on expanding market presence, building customer relationships, and delivering sustainable revenue and profitability.
- Combine strong commercial leadership, market insight, and solution based selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute commercial strategy for SPEC gases in alignment with UAE sales leadership.
- Develop structured, data driven business plans.
- Expand existing portfolio while securing new business, especially in key sectors and OEMs.
- Differentiate offerings through value added services and solutions.
- Deliver and exceed sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Implement pricing strategies, including general price increases.
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
- Build long term agreements to ensure sustainable growth.
- Support credit control and cash flow improvement initiatives.
- Act as primary commercial interface with customers.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues across commercial, finance, and supply chain functions.
- Strengthen customer experience and retention.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Provide regular business updates and insights.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pipeline opportunities.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Provide commercial leadership across cross functional teams including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Drive alignment for smooth execution of contracts, deliveries, and pricing.
- Build strong relationships with customers, OEMs, and partners.
- Lead negotiations with a focus on long term value and profitability.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance.
Scope
- Coverage: UAE, Africa, and export markets across the Middle East, Pakistan, and Turkey.
- Portfolio: Specialty gases and related equipment.
- Full ownership of the sales portfolio with revenue accountability.
Requirements & Qualifications
