Role Overview

Craft new applications or modify and support existing packaged and custom-built applications.
The role operates in an agile, collaborative environment focused on quality and business results.
What We’re Looking For
- Specialist-level or higher experience in NIO and enterprise software engineering.
- Strong Java and Spring Boot skills with production microservices experience.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI technologies such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot Agent Mode, or Cursor.
- Strong SQL, log analysis, troubleshooting, Git, and code-review skills.
- Ability to perform secure production-support work, including password and certificate updates.
- Willingness to learn Guidewire PolicyCenter, IBM ACE, IBM ODM, and Informatica.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and prioritization skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, develop, test, debug, document, and deploy software according to standards.
- Apply secure software and systems engineering practices throughout delivery.
- Use DevSecOps practices, tools, and techniques.
