The Opportunity
The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for estimating activities and managing and supporting the internal sales order process for the pre-print division.
The role reports to the Director of Sales Operations.
Estimating and Pricing
- Create and manage pre-print estimates.
- Maintain estimating procedures and policies.
- Keep estimating data and prices current in RTS.
- Update and implement price increases and paper grade changes in RTS as directed.
- Review and update freight and shipping costs.
Inventory and Planning
- Work with Shipping to maintain inventory accuracy and support inventory movement.
- Back up paper purchasing, shipments, and planning activities.
- Work with Customer Service to manage finished goods inventory at required levels.
