- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or other planning tools
- Monitor project progress against approved baselines and analyze schedule variances

- Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and earned value analyses
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and generate KPIs and dashboards
- Identify and assess project risks affecting schedule, cost, and resources; maintain risk registers
- Analyze manpower, equipment, and material requirements; monitor resource utilization
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors, and Clients; participate in project review meetings
- Maintain project control records and ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 17 years of experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, or cost control
- Experience in construction, oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, engineering, or industrial projects preferred
- Proven experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI SP, CCP, or equivalent are advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills

Job Summary
- KBR is looking for Specialist Project Control with Onshore Site project experience in MEGA EPC projects to be based in Abu Dhabi for PMC project.
- We are seeking an experienced Specialist Project Control to supervise and provide technical support across all stages of project management, from concept through commissioning and handover.
- The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with ADNOC standards and international best practices.
Project Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or other planning tools.
- Monitor project progress against approved baselines.
- Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the preparation of recovery and mitigation plans when delays occur.
Cost Control & Budget Management
- Track project budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts.
- Monitor cost performance and identify budget deviations.
- Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and earned value analyses.
- Assist in preparing change orders and variation claims.
Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Generate KPIs and dashboards for management review.
- Monitor project deliverables, milestones, and performance indicators.
- Ensure timely reporting of project risks, delays, and issues.
Risk Management
- Identify and assess project risks affecting schedule, cost, and resources.
- Maintain project risk registers.
- Support mitigation planning and implementation.
Resource Management
- Analyze manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
- Monitor resource utilization and productivity.
- Coordinate with project teams to optimize resource allocation.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Contractors, and Clients.
- Participate in project review meetings.
- Provide management with accurate project performance insights and recommendations.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain project control records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project procedures, and contractual requirements.
- Support audits and project reviews as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI SP, CCP, or equivalent are advantageous.
