Pearson- English Language & Skills (EL&S) is seeking an experienced Event and Resource Scheduler based in India to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of live training programs for enterprise customers.
This role supports Pearson’s Enterprise training operations by coordinating class schedules, instructor resources, learner registrations, delivery logistics, and post-sales implementation activities across multiple regions and time zones.
The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Delivery, Operations, Finance, vendor partners, and customer stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely, and scalable training delivery.
This role reports into Pearson EL&S Sales Operations and may support global programs aligned to India, APAC, EMEA, and North America delivery needs.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Event and Resource Scheduling: Coordinate instructor availability, class dates, time zones, delivery formats, and customer requirements for instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training programs.
- Post-Sales Implementation: Support confirmed training engagements by managing registration setup, learner communications, delivery readiness, platform access, attendance tracking, and operational handoffs.
