Summary
The Production Planning Specialist is a critical member of our operations team, responsible for turning production plans into results.
This role works closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Plant Leadership to ensure materials, schedules, and resources are aligned to deliver products safely, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor daily, weekly, and annual production schedules for manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate production priorities to support operational efficiency, schedule attainment, and customer delivery requirements.
- Create, maintain, and modify production jobs within the Oracle ERP system.
- Prepare and distribute daily production and assembly reports.
- Monitor production schedule performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support Aging WIP (Work in Process) analysis and follow up on open production jobs.
- Track and support shipment planning for finished products, small parts, and prefabricated components.
- Conduct physical verification of inventory and WIP on the production floor to ensure system accuracy.
- Provide Oracle system support and guidance to production personnel.
- Support annual mold maintenance planning and follow-up activities.
- Monitor molding cycle times and maintain required production input within the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and new product launch activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field, and at least 1 year of experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, scheduling, or supply chain management.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications; Power BI experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of production planning, inventory management, manufacturing operations, and supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
