Role Overview
The Specialist, Product Management ensures smooth product operations by coordinating processes and liaising with operational stakeholders.
The role handles inquiries, audit checks, production issues, and initiatives that improve efficiency and client experience.
Product Operations
- Coordinate product operations processes and activities.
- Liaise with Operations Support, Sales, Technology, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and coordinate responses to product operations inquiries.
Monitoring and Improvement
- Perform audit checks on daily reports and report production issues.
- Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities.
- Evaluate procedures, policies, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaboration
- Support client experience initiatives and obtain necessary campaign approvals.
- Support Product Managers on special cross-portfolio initiatives.
- Partner with key groups to drive incremental sales and assets under management growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Excel is required.
- Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency is preferred.
- Strong organization, multitasking, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and work effectively in a team environment is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
