- Diagnose and manage a broad range of pediatric endocrine and metabolic disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Manage pediatric diabetes using latest treatment protocols and technology.
- Interpret laboratory investigations, hormonal assessments, and diagnostic imaging.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, dietitians, diabetes educators, and other specialists.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families.
- Conduct outpatient consultations, inpatient reviews, and emergency consultations.
- Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with DHA regulations.
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric residency program.
- Fellowship or recognized subspecialty training in Pediatric Endocrinology.
- Board Certification or equivalent specialist qualification recognized by DHA.
- DHA Eligibility Letter or valid DHA License as a Specialist Pediatric Endocrinologist.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of post specialization experience in Pediatric Endocrinology.

Position Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Specialist Pediatric Endocrinologist to join a leading healthcare organization in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care for infants, children, and adolescents with endocrine and metabolic disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of pediatric endocrine and metabolic disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress through regular follow up.
- Manage pediatric diabetes using the latest treatment protocols, including insulin therapy and diabetes technology.
- Interpret laboratory investigations, hormonal assessments, and diagnostic imaging related to endocrine disorders.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, dietitians, diabetes educators, radiologists, genetic specialists, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding disease management, nutrition, lifestyle modifications, and treatment adherence.
- Conduct outpatient consultations, inpatient reviews, and emergency endocrine consultations as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with DHA regulations and organizational policies.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, continuing medical education, and departmental meetings.
- Adhere to DHA standards, international clinical guidelines, and organizational protocols.
Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric residency program.
- Fellowship or recognized subspecialty training in Pediatric Endocrinology.
- Board Certification or equivalent specialist qualification recognized by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
- DHA Eligibility Letter or a valid DHA License as a Specialist Pediatric Endocrinologist.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of post specialization experience in Pediatric Endocrinology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Turkish Board Certification or specialist training from Turkey.
- Turkish speaking physicians are highly preferred.
- Previous experience working in a tertiary care or internationally accredited hospital.
- Expertise in managing pediatric diabetes, growth disorders, and complex endocrine conditions.
